This page explains how cancellations and refunds work for Michi to Japan subscriptions.
Payments are non-refundable except where required by applicable law.
Cancelling your subscription
- Cancelling prevents future renewal charges.
- Your subscription remains active until the end of your current paid billing period.
- Access to the paid app ends at the end of your current paid billing period.
- You will not be charged for the next billing period.
Refunds
Cancelling does not automatically create a refund for the current or any previous billing period. Because you keep access until the end of the period you have paid for, the period you have already paid for is not refunded on cancellation.
Your legal rights
This policy does not waive any mandatory consumer rights you have under applicable law. If the law where you live gives you a right to a refund, that right is not affected.
Managing your subscription
You can cancel from your Account page. Billing is processed by Stripe.
